Dave Procter was born and raised in Comox and knows better than anyone the real estate opportunities that exist in the Comox Valley.

A realtor since 1978 and co-owner of RE/MAX Ocean Pacific Realty since 1987, Dave has consistently ranked among Vancouver Island's top-selling realtors. He's helped more than 2,500 families find their home in the Comox Valley and has recorded the Valley's highest MLS sales volume every year but one from 1992 to 2001, when they stopped awarding the honour.

Leah Reichelt has been a licensed realtor since 1992 and brings a wealth of experience to the Dave Procter Realty team. While Leah actively lists and sells homes in the Comox Valley, her particular area of expertise is in working with home buyers who are new to the Valley. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the local real estate market and has extensive experience dealing with the specific concerns of military families.

A former registered nurse, Leah possesses a compassion and open-heartedness rarely seen in other realtors and, like Dave, is deeply involved in the community. She'll walk you step-by-step through the home buying process and will be happy to answer any questions you may have about life in the Comox Valley.

Tracy Fogtmann

Tracy Fogtmann is a licensed realtor and a valuable member of the Dave Procter Realty team. Like Leah, her expertise is in helping buyers find the right home at the right price. Tracy also specializes in helping Comox Valley families relocate within the Valley.
